Meet Nzinga Wallace, wife, mom, and CEO of Empower Me Chic. Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, Nzinga is a lover of all things fashion, fitness, travel, cupcakes, inspiration, and humor. Her smile lights up a room so it is only fitting that she be the face of Empower Me Chic.
Nzinga's love for fashion started early. She also learned early the power that fashion holds to transform a person into their own unique being. Fast forward to her new role as a mom and she learned that she no longer just embraced a passion for fashion but now had a real need for it. In this journey she also discovered a need for a strong support network of women and a new found admiration for all things woman. Thus, the blog and brand Empower Me Chic was born!

Nzinga says, "I am in awe of the superheroes we (women) transform into on a daily basis, and for that I love being a woman. Being a mother is one of the greatest gifts in the world, but you need an outlet, fashion is mine. We have an unbreakable bond that transcends beyond my belief. Fashion has the power to inspire, motivate, and empower! I strongly believe that when you look good you feel good, and self- care is the best care!"
